This is a good blender for smoothies and protein shakes. Does good job with greens leafy veggies too as well as with dry fruits smoothies. It can’t blend little of your favorite meals and snacks like smoothies, omelets, sauces and dips. 250 watts high-torque power base, we always recommend blend for around 20 seconds, rest, and repeat.
